Traditional shipping in Europe

We ship the goods throughout Italy with a fixed contribution of € 8.90 (€ 5.00 in addition if you pay with cash on delivery), regardless of the value of the order and / or the number of packages shipped.

Shipping times and methods

Orders received before 11 in the morning are normally processed the same day, otherwise the following day. We normally ship throughout Italy within 24/48 hours of payment confirmation (with the exception of Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia for which 48/72 hours are required). (N.B: The delivery times indicated are purely indicative and do not necessarily refer to all the items in the product catalog. In case of absence, a notice will be left and the delivery will be re-attempted within the following 24 hours; in case of further absence, notice is left again and the customer is contacted by telephone for the third delivery attempt. The courier usually does not agree with the recipient on the delivery time, therefore it is strongly recommended on the days used for delivery to be available during the normal delivery time (8.30-12.30; 14.30-18.30) or alternatively it is necessary to specify, at the time of registration, a different delivery address (office, concierge, etc.).
