We will accept returned goods only when the above form is previously sent to us by e-mail or fax.

If you return a product, you will need to bear the cost to ship it back. We will refund only the product cost, but not the shipping cost. Returned goods must be returned new, intact and inside the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold an amount equal to any damage caused to the product.

Additional administration costs may be debited for some specific categories of returned goods. Please contact us if you need further information on this point.

Provided the shipped products are not in accordance with the order, we will withdraw the goods at our own expense.

Returned goods must be shipped back by 10 working days since receiving the parcel. Any shipping method deemed appropriate may be used (postal parcels are usually the cheapest method).
