Information on the Right of Withdrawal
O.T.M. s.r.l. reserves the right to receive the products only following prior notification of the will to take advantage of the right of withdrawal via the withdrawal e-mail or by fax.
If you return the product to us, the only cost you will incur is to return the product. We will only refund the value of your purchase (Product cost) excluding shipping costs. The returned product must be returned new, in the original intact packaging, and O.T.M. s.r.l. unquestionably reserves the right to withhold a part corresponding to the value of the damage caused to the product or to the packaging.

The return shipment must take place within 14 working days of receipt of the goods and can be made using any carrier / courier / shipper the customer deems most appropriate (for example: Poste Italiane, generally the cheapest) provided that the shipment is traceable.

You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal: if you purchase products made to measure for you (by way of example only). We also point out that any ancillary costs included in the sale price but not related to the product (by way of example only exhaustive: costs relating to installations and/or demonstrations of articles) cannot be reimbursed.
O.T.M. srl undertakes to collect the delivered product at its own expense if it does not conform to the order as evidenced by the order confirmation.
